Spring Semester 2026 is still open for enrollment!

This year, Spring Semester runs from January through May. See the calendar page for dates when the studio will be closed.

Open Studio

Open Studio classes are the classic class style offered by Atelier for many years. In these classes, each student is free to choose their own projects, using any art supplies in the classroom, including watercolor, acrylic, and oil paints, colored pencils, charcoal, pastels, and graphite.

Students can spend as long as they’d like on each project, storing their work at the studio from week to week.

  • Class options for kids ages 8+, younger and older teens, and adults.

  • 90-minute sessions, once a week.

  • $30/week for individual classes, or $25/week if you sign up for the full semester!

  • All materials included in class price.

Art Basics

New to art classes? Start here! Art Basics is the perfect place for younger students to learn the fundamentals of artistic creation. These classes are more structured than the open studio style. Students will receive instruction in the basic elements of art and an overview of how to use many different art supplies (watercolor, acrylic, colored pencil, etc). All students will learn to take creative projects from start to finish with plenty of help along the way.

  • Designed for students ages 6-9.

  • 60-minute sessions, held once a week.

  • Classes capped at 6 students to ensure everyone gets help and attention.

  • $30/week for individual classes, or $25/week if you sign up for the full semester!
